Waist - Measure just above your belly button, between your bottom ribs and pelvic bones. Take a deep breath, keep your abs flat, and pull the tape measure tight around your waist.
Hips - Standing with legs together, measure around fullest part of hips.
Length - Measure from the lowest part of the crotch to bottom of the hem
